Ivan Crnilovic
Founder
Ivan Crnilovic is the founder of Crnilovic Law Offices, focusing on immigration, international business, corporate law, contracts, intellectual property, tax, and telecommunications law. He is licensed in Massachusetts and is an active member of AILA. Ivan earned a J.D. and Master of Intellectual Property from Franklin Pierce Law Center and a B.S. in Financial Management from Franklin Pierce College.
Before founding his firm, Ivan served as Executive Vice President of Duval International, LLC and The Danube Group, Inc., working extensively in Southeast Europe to develop business and investment opportunities between the U.S. and Serbia. Earlier in his career, he practiced telecommunications law with Duval, Bellone, Cranford and Celli, P.C. and American Tower Corporation.
Ivan also wrote for Yugoslavia’s largest newspaper, covering U.S. life, politics, economics, intellectual property, education, sports, and the XV FIFA World Cup. A former professional soccer player with FC Red Star and FC Paris Saint-Germain, he also represented Yugoslavia’s Youth National Soccer Team. He enjoys family time, soccer, skiing, tennis, chess, fitness, coaching youth soccer, travel, theater, and film. Ivan lives in Derry, New Hampshire with his wife, Annette, and their children, Marko and Sofia.
Ana Crnilovic
Off-Counsel
Ana Crnilovic Phillips is Off Counsel with Crnilovic Law Offices and is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. Her practice areas include criminal law, family law, civil litigation, estate planning, and workers’ compensation. She earned a J.D. and Master of Intellectual Property from Franklin Pierce Law Center and graduated with High Honors in Financial Management from Franklin Pierce College, where she also studied finance and math.
Before joining Crnilovic Law Offices, Ana worked at several law firms in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, as well as at American Tower Corporation, focusing on licensing and contract law. She also gained financial services experience with John Hancock and MassMutual.
Originally from Belgrade, Serbia, Ana came to the U.S. on a tennis scholarship and became a New England Tennis Champion at Franklin Pierce College. She also participated in skiing, crew, and intramural athletics, earning Intramural Athlete of the Year honors twice. Outside of work, Ana enjoys soccer, ice hockey, skiing, ballroom dancing, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
